Do you ever feel like you are alone, when you are in the midst of life’s storm? Do you ever wonder where God is, as the bricks of life start to crumble around you? It is natural to get angry or afraid, but you don’t have to let it consume your mind. Sometimes, it is easy to forget all of God’s promises, which he made just for you. So, here is a verse for you to copy and memorize, for whenever you feel abandoned or blue.

Deuteronomy 30: 8, “And the Lord, he it is that do go before thee; he will be with thee, He will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.” (KJV)

Have faith and believe that he is with you always, no matter where you are. As you recite, imagine a spiritual blanket of peace and comfort for you to rest in. You will begin a transition in a new person that you have always wanted to be. Remember, he chose you to be a soldier in his army, who is able to stand in the face of trials and tribulations. God will lovingly bring to your knees, so you can become stronger and stand in the midst of life’s trials.

Each day he wants to give you more wisdom, which found in the Bible. He will shape your life and mold you in his grace, while chasing the blues away. God doesn’t want you to feel alone or to fear his presence. Instead, he wants us to crave the meat of his word and personal time with him. When you find your comfort in his arms, grow spiritually by allowing you to experience these trials. Your spiritual father knows that you are not perfect and that you will fail, but his mercy is there waiting to catch you.

The next memory verse is Romans 3:23, “For we all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” (KJV)

Fortunately, he forgives you for your mistakes and he welcomes you back into his comforting embrace.  But, you must be sincere and willing to learn what he has to teach you. When Life is scary or out of control, you must turn to him. Always remember that God won’t give you more than you can bear, since he is with you always. Learn more about his promises to you, by spending time with his word every day.

Remember, God is always in control! So, give him the reins and let him guide your path to spiritual happiness. You will find unconditional love and forgiveness, which is beyond any human understanding or capabilities. By allowing him to mold you into a new person, you become fully protected by God’s spiritual armor. Therefore, as you grow, you will find the spiritual peace and rest that you have always longed for.

This is Personal, Please Read and Pray…Maybe Help?

Danny and Michelle #2 years

To All My Friends,

I need my friends and prayer warriors to help me lift up my spiritual mentor aka “Preacherman” Rev. Danny Williams Sr. and his Wife “Mama” Michelle Williams in continuous prayer. Both Danny and Michelle were admitted to the hospital for serious medical issues and are both having appropriate test ran to find out the cause of their medical issues. Danny Williams is the Pastor of Peytona Southern Baptist Church in West Virginia.

I have known this man and his wife since I was a child and he attended the same church I did. He also worked with my momma in a steel mill and they were all really good friends. Thanks to the power of Facebook we reconnected, which led to many wonderful changes in my life. I am proud to call this man my spiritual mentor, but right now Danny and his wife need help in a big way with prayers for each of their health and a they need a financial miracle as well.

Due to Danny’s health, he cannot work until the doctor releases him and he is the only income the family has. So, if you can also pray for a financial miracle for this beautiful loving family that’s been together for 32 years now and this separation is hard on both of them. Mama Michelle is very sick with lung disease and has been on oxygen for ten years now. The family is in need of financial help with medications and food, as well is any past due bills that won’t wait.

I am asking everyone to pray for this couple, but I am also asking for anyone who may want to give a love offering of any amount, which will help this loving family during this health crisis that they are facing this morning and in the near future. You may contact Reverend Danny Williams Personally by Cell Phone or Email that is included at the bottom of this post. The church address is provided, if you would like to mail in a card and/or your love offering to the family.

Please consider helping this family as they have helped so many through the years like my family and I during my childhood. I am proud to call Danny my spiritual advisor, as he has helped me slay some pretty big demons in my own life. Even if you cannot help, please share this post and stop and say a pray or send healing energies to my closest friends.

Thank in advance for any help you may offer and thank you for taking the time to read my plea during your busy day! Thank you also from Rev. Danny And his wife Michelle and their family

Why Did God Create You?

Jesus is there

Many people wonder why God created them, but the Bible says we were all created for God’s pleasure. I couldn’t wrap my own head around the fact that God made me for his pleasure. I am a sinner who doesn’t deserve God’s mercy or grace. How could God get pleasure for my sinful ways? Everyone sins and fall short of God’s glory. However, through Jesus, we can be forgiven of those sins and be cover by his blood sacrifice.

Rev. 4:12 (KJV) “Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for Thou has created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.”

This verse means a lot to me, as someone who truly tries to remember every day to somehow bring God pleasure. I love writing, so I use my talent to try and make sense of my everyday stumbles. Sometimes, I feel like God is right there holding my hand but other times I feel he is distant. However, I truly believe that my sin blocks my relationship with God and I choose to repent. I know I am forgiven when I stumble and fall. He is there to lift me back up, because he loves me.

Psalms 72:13 (KJV) “He shall spare the poor and needy, and shall save the souls of the needy.”

So, now I try to take time to honor God every day. No matter the storm I am facing, I am trying to remember to pray and stay connected with God. I love reading and listening to my Bible, but I use a YOU VERSION app on my phone. I have been learning more and trying to always remember to thank God for each new day that I wake up. I am imperfect and I know that, but God wants me as I am. He can mold me into what he wants me to be with each new step.

Personal Opinion- God doesn’t make junk!**

**I cannot go to church as regular as I want, but I spend a lot of time praying and seeking God’s guidance in my life. God gives me so much, so I can spend time with God at home and I can work on my failures. I hope this devotional can help you in your walk with God. Keeping a prayer journal can help you learn how to give your problems to God and learn how to pray to him.**

Walking with God Daily

e43df0f1dd2c6372afbc7378c33432af

Plant a seed and let it grow as it may,
Tell the truth everyday and live righteously.
The eyes of God are watching over me,
In my heart and mind, I can hear his every word,
While I am here on earth, with him I will walk.
Many need him around the world, but I do too,
I will make mistakes, as I learn to grow.
As long as I learn from each one and repent.
He will forgive me for all he has written down,
God will erase my sins away with one word.
I am safe in his arms each and every day,
Now, I shall live to serve and honor him.
Never have I deserved God’s mercy,
Yet, he freely gave it all to me.

Get Over It and Move On

burdens

Sometimes you will find yourself in a situation that you don’t want to be in, however, you must face the situation and continue moving forward. The situation may concern having a horrible childhood, not getting a promotion at work, or a dispute with the new neighbor. Nevertheless, you must not dwell on things and are beyond your control, instead focus on things you can change. You cannot change a childhood, so you must forgive your parents and focus on changing your future. This way, future generations will not continue the abuse or neglect that you felt as a child.

The promotion at work was given to a younger person, who may not have had as many years with the company as you have. However, this is beyond your control and the person who got the promotion may have a college degree that you don’t have. In this situation, you must continue to do the job that you’re given or find another place of employment. Either way, you must forgive your boss and the person who got the promotion, if you have gotten angry about the situation or angry with both parties.

Furthermore, you can work hard and take some college courses, which may guarantee that you will not be passed over whenever the next promotion takes place. If you have a dispute with your new neighbor, you must try to dissolve this dispute in a civil yet timely manner. Unfortunately, some people are impossible to deal with and that will not come to any kind of compromise. So therefore, try to stop the argument, by producing all documents that show your land line or what the argument was about. Additionally, you must forgive you neighbor and move forward in solving the issue at hand.

Sometimes this means, you must compromise or even seek legal advice on solving the problem. However, you must forgive your neighbor, if you get angry with him and let God handle the situation. Don’t let yourself stay in a pity party, instead get up and change your situation. Sometimes you are going to come across situations that you can’t change. Therefore, you must learn to pray and give your problems to God, because he is only one who can change the situation. Don’t be a negative person, because of something that was done to you, which was beyond your control. Additionally, get over it and dwell on things that can change your situation, while helping you move forward in your life.

Removing Negative Labels from Your Life

Image
Removing Negative labels from Your Life

Sometimes during your life, you will hear negative labels that have been placed upon you by teachers and parents. Maybe your parents told you, you will never amount to nothing or teachers have told you that you are not smart enough to pass a grade. Unfortunately, we tend to believe what others say about us, even though we know that they are wrong. Something I learned from Sunday school is that God doesn’t make junk, so how can we amount to nothing or be worthless?

With God as our guide, we will learn by faith that he has a divine plan, which will help us reach our full potential. Never hold onto these labels that others have given you, which is solely based their limited observation of you and your past mistakes or behaviors. You are not worthless or a freak in God’s eyes, because you were made in his image and he has a plan that will lead you to success. However, you must first believe in Jesus Christ and repent of your sins, in order to become a new creature in Christ.

God has a plan for your life that will help you reach your full potential, whether it is to be successful in business, a ministry, or as a witness for God. Start today, remove the negative labels from your life and soon others will see how God has changed your life as well. Furthermore, believe in yourself and take a moment to thank God for bringing you out of past behaviors and mistakes like: addiction, failures, and other labels that may have held you back for so long.

Never let anyone speak a negative label over your life, because God has put many positive labels into your life. The day you became a Christian, your life became new and God spoke blessings over your life. So now, it is up to you to remove these labels and speak positive things into your life, so you will begin to the many blessings that God has in store for you. However, if you continue to believe the negative labels that people spoke about you, then you may be missing out on the many successes God has been preparing for you.

“Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him” James 1:12

Unconditional Love

Image

Today will be peaceful with you by my side,

Another perfect day since you became my guide.

A constant peace which fills my heart each day,

Your unconditional forgiveness leads my way.

The passion you felt for me was shown by you,

Do you still feel the nails when I sin against you?

Your mercy is unconditional and I shall never deserve,

Abandoning myself to you for whom I will always serve.

With you by my side I cannot go wrong,

I am weak, but you are always strong.

I shall never deserve the gift that you gave to me,

On the night you saved my life and set me free.
